We’d love to be able to smash a Delcado every day of the year, but they’re a seasonal fruit and we only pick them when they are ready and at their very best.

Delcados are grown at our place, in the deep south of Western Australia. We leave them on the tree for 12-14 months soaking up the rain and sun to develop their rich creamy flavour.

As a WA avo, harvest time is usually September to February, but this year’s been a bumper crop, so we’re still picking and will be for a couple more weeks.  

While Delcados may get a little harder to find, you should still be able to grab one of our delicious avos well into March.

To give you a hand, here’s where to find the last Delcados of the season:

NSW
ALDI, Coles, and Woolworths will have Delcados until around the 7th of March. You’ll be able to find them a little longer at Harris Farm Markets, possibly through to the 3rd week of March.

Victoria
You’ll be able to pick up a Delcado from ALDI, Coles, and Woolworths till the 3rd week of March.

SA
Get in quick. Delcados will be available at Coles until the 14th of March.

WA
For our WA mates you have a bit more time. Delcados will be available at all major supermarkets, Bunbury Farmers Market and all good green grocers until the end of March.
