A better avocado + Australia’s Best chef

We're chuffed to have our good mate Mark Best dishing up some cracking recipes every Friday this October.

They are gob-smackingly good. The best thing since sliced bread, or even avo on sourdough if thats possible. They celebrate our Delcados. The great avocado made better, simply because of where it’s grown, in Pemberton WA.

Avocados that come from our place, and take us all to a better place. And, that's just what Mark's doing, sharing his favourite Delcado recipes that are inspired by his favourite places - close to home and around the world.

From his kitchen, Mr Best will share a new recipe and how-to video every Friday. There's no better way to learn from the master. He's starting off with Delcado hotcakes with ricotta, maple and cashew praline. Yum.
